Out of Hours
Extended Access Hubs
Outside of these hours and at weekends responsibility for patient care is passed on to Practice Plus Group (Out-Of-Hours). Their Contact Number is: 0300 130 3018, however the door of the surgery is open all day from 8am to 6:30pm: Monday to Friday.
We hold the Extended Access service for West Drayton between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We have a Nurse, a HCA and a GP here. These appointments can be booked via reception but are subject to availability.
Hillingdon Hospital - Please only attend A&E if you genuinely need emergency treatment. 01895 238 282
Urgent Care Centre based at Hillingdon Hospital is open 24 hours a day. This can be used when the surgery is closed for emergencies only. 01895 238 282.
Mount Vernon Hospital - A Minor Injuries Unit is open from 9am until 8pm every day. 01923 844 201
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
